BFrank Insurance was established in 2017 by Frank Iadarola because we wanted to be a Boutique Insurance Brokerage for clients that wanted the services of a professional insurance adviser, to help them solve the insurance puzzle in today’s world, where visiting and communicating are a very important part of the business.

What was the journey that brought you to your current role?
Started as a mailboy, moved to claims, underwriting then at 30 decided I wanted to be a broker.

Hard work and service to my clients.
What’s a mistake you’ve made that you’ll never make again?
Never have partners.
What’s the one secret about your field or industry you wish everyone knew?
A broker knows the needs of the client, clients don’t understand that insurance is not buying a Big Mac.
What are your predictions for the industry for the next few years?
Hard times for placements of high risks occupations.
What’s your main goal for the year ahead?
I started 5 years ago on my own so consolidate for the next 5 years.
