Being too worried about asking our clients questions that help them one day.

What’s the one secret about your field or industry you wish everyone knew?

Every year we do a shop-around to make sure that our clients are getting the best deal on their insurance.

What are your predictions for the industry for the next few years?

I think the market will continue getting harder and being with a broker will be more beneficial rather than relying on a direct market or online policy. A broker knows the differences between policies and coverage.

What’s your main goal for the year ahead?

To continue helping clients find the best deal for their insurance policies.

What are the biggest problems you face when dealing with MGAs, underwriters or insurers?

The appetite and broadness of coverage are becoming tighter. Response times are still not great.
